Scammers may contact you as “The Fraud Department” from your financial institution to obtain your information. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!  Request their name and hang up, or simply Hang up. Call your financial institution on their publicly published number Notify the financial institution and authorities and provide as many details as you can about the call.
